Cancelling or Pausing
Use this page before cancelling or pausing billing so you know what to save and where to look.
Use the billing portal
Section titled “Use the billing portal”Open Billing in the Portal. If Open Billing Portal is available, use it to manage cancellation options.
The Portal and billing portal show the actions currently available to your account.
Save anything important first
Section titled “Save anything important first”Before cancelling, download or back up worlds, files, and project data that you may need later. Cancellation can affect access to servers and workspaces.
What happens after cancellation
Section titled “What happens after cancellation”The exact timing and available access after cancellation depend on the account state shown in the Portal and billing portal.
Until those policy details are approved, do not assume a cancelled account will retain access or data for a specific period.
If it still does not work
Section titled “If it still does not work”Open a ticket with your account email, current billing state, what you are trying to cancel or pause, and what the Portal displays.
